If you cancel your journey within 24 hours or there is a no-show, you are not entitled to any cancellation charge. But in case you cancel your booking more than 24 hours ahead of your journey, you are entitled to a full refund.
You need to call up on Yatra�s helpline number for the same. However, your pickup address cannot be changed and any further changes on your booking will be subject to availability of the car type on your journey date. In case there is an additional charge in the process, it will have to be incurred by the customer.
